Leadership has been the defining thread throughout my life—from competing as a Division I athlete, to coaching collegiate athletes, to leading schools and organizations, to conducting leadership research, and to founding Manatee Leadership.
As a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership, I combine research-informed strategies with real-world leadership experience to help individuals and organizations build strong foundations, strengthen relationships, and lead with greater purpose and impact.
